Jarvandi Pediatric and Nutrition Center is a patient centered practice that offers top quality compassionate pediatric and nutrition care to infants, children, and adolescents. Dr. Jarvandi is a Washingtonian Top Doctor that has been in practice in northern Virginia since 2002. After two decades of caring for children in both private practice and in hospital settings, he is bringing his passion and expertise to a setting that offers the highest standard of pediatric care to children in this area. Dr. Jarvandi has a long history of teaching medical students, medical residents, physician assistants and nurse practitioners from many universities across the country. He has received numerous recognitions and awards for outstanding care of his patients and for teaching his students.
Dr. Jarvandi has proudly teamed up with his wife Lisa, a nutritionist with a wealth of knowledge and experience caring for children, to establish this practice that is fundamentally focused on helping families raise happy and healthy children. Lisa has years of experience working with and teaching youth athletes. We emphasize nutrition and healthy eating habits as the center piece of our approach in disease prevention as well as the biggest obstacle to overcome in raising young children. Our focus is on being in partnership with our families, not only during your children’s illnesses and challenges, but also to provide support and guidance in order to maneuver the complexities of your children’s daily lives.
